If you're looking for continuous full power usage, open the Radeon settings, go to gaming, global settings, global wattman, accept the terms, navigate to the GPU section, click Frequency %, which will reveal all options. Check your card's maximum frequency and adjust the corresponding boxes accordingly. For voltage control, repeat the process under the relevant settings. After making changes, click apply at the top right of the screen for them to take effect.
You can configure this globally so it remains consistent, or tailor it per game. If you switch to global settings, your games list will also update automatically. Select the desired game, then choose profile wattman to apply the adjustments.
