Consider two options: the universal shim from Thermal Grizzly or a mounting plate like the one used by Noctua for their SecuFirm system. Check the cooler brand's catalog for AM5/AM4 Offset Mounts.

You're a long-time visitor who hasn't seen this person recently! It seems you're considering alternatives after a bad experience on NewEgg and Amazon. You're thinking of TR or similar options for a universal offset, right?

The feelings are the same. Real life hasn't been very kind to me. Since there are no good choices available, those supports are placed directly on your board, and I don't know what that means for the tension there. What I'll do is YMMV.
