Build Spec details outline the system configuration. RAM features DDR3 1600Mhz Crucial Ballistic Sport with 12Gb 3X4Gb capacity. The CPU is an AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE delivering 125W. A DeepCool Neptwin V2.0 cooler is installed. Power supply is a Thermaltake TR2 rated at 500W. Storage includes a Crucial Mx300 SSD with 525GB capacity. Current performance runs at a stable 3.9Ghz clock. During stress testing with Prime95, core voltage dropped to 1.548V, while temperatures stayed around 54°C. Overclocking adjustments were made by increasing the CPU multiplier, voltage, and LLC settings. The voltage was lowered to 1.5325 and LLC appears disabled. There is uncertainty about whether a 1.548V core voltage is acceptable, especially considering users who achieve stable 3.8Ghz at a lower core voltage of around 1.38V.

I don't think anyone can handle 3.8 at that voltage. As long as your cooling stays above 1.5v, it shouldn't be an issue for my 965BE and GA-890 motherboard.
