I reached out to amazon for this, and you should verify your email (amazon email). The title needs to mention a promo code, and you might have to wait a few days after it ships before receiving it. Once it arrives, you should be able to use it on nvidia's website.

the email does not specifically state battlefield 5(if anything, search code and amazon), and as i said, you might need to wait a couple days after it arrives before you can recieve the code
