I receive very little sound from Prime movies. No matter how I adjust the volume in the browser or on the PC, it's still hard to hear what people are saying. I usually watch YouTube without this issue, and it works fine there too. It seems to happen only with Prime movies.

You might want to test the free Prime app in the Microsoft store and compare it with your browser.

Can't access that site. It repeatedly opens popups, then locks the page and asks for your email before you can continue reading the content.

I'll attempt it. I wasn't aware it was available for PC.
Edit: It resolved the issue. The film began very loudly, causing me to fall from the chair and my cat to leap out the window after scattering all the cans on the counter.
