I tested the ram with bullzoid secondaries and adjusted the primaries myself. It successfully passed 10 hours of pcbdestroyer tm5, 5 hours of anta absolut, 10 hours of karhu memteset, and 3 hours of y-cruncher for the imc. I was wondering if the voltages would be safe for continuous use.

Your voltages are perfectly okay. I'm using a Corsair 6,000 MT/s CL30 setup at 1.4 V, which matches EXPO's requirements and works great. Don't stress about the MEM VPP voltage—it's meant to be that high. The VPP (Programming Power Voltage) acts as a single power rail for the RAM, and it operates at a higher voltage than the RAM actually needs.

What concerned me most was the voltage level of the SOC. Looking at discussions online has left me quite puzzled. With just XMP it was running at 1.3V, I reduced it to 1.2V, but reaching 6400 required 1.25V.

I'm all right. Just make sure the SoC voltage stays under 1.3 V, that's the key. Many motherboard makers limit it to 1.3 V, which means you can't exceed that value.
