I recently discovered a solution on YouTube that might help. It seems I've been experiencing slow startup times since the 7800X3D came out, even after setting up a new system. The fix involves enabling memory context restore, which reduced boot times from 66-70 seconds to around 18. Keep in mind these changes are approximate, but they could be useful for others facing similar issues.
