B450m Mortar (MAX) or any Max board with a VRM heatsink. Or the B450m Gaming plus from MSI if you don’t need the 4 dimming slots. Or the B450m Pro4 if you don’t require the Ryzen 3K built-in. Or the B450m AC from ASRock, which also supports 3K out of the box besides the max boards. Edit: Also consider the B450m Bazooka, identical to the mortar but with BIOS flashback and no Max variant.

Use the same VRM, choose the one with the best input or appearance. The Pro VDH max actually supports four dimming slots, which is quite good.
