The itx board should work fine. Avoid aiming for world records in overclocking; honestly, it’s better to let the 3rd generation auto with AMD handle it, as they’re so well-optimized that manually boosting it often doesn’t help and can even hurt performance.

I’m pretty unlikely to push the Ryzen 5 3600 beyond stock settings. At around those temps, the B450 and Aorus Pro VRMs should stay stable. Using a high-performance fan isn’t strictly necessary unless you want extra cooling.

It’s not that hot anywhere to worry about. The heat sink should keep things comfortable. With just a 65-watt CPU, it won’t pull much power, so the cooling shouldn’t be a big concern.
