Windows XP Embedded Standard 2009: Backup available through January 8, 2019. Windows XP Embedded POSready 2009: Backup extended until April 9, 2019. Many users made registry adjustments to apply security updates for embedded versions on consumer XP systems—please note these changes.

Upgrading costs a lot—often thousands of dollars per machine. Plus, purchasing new licenses is costly, and switching would require training staff, updating files, and managing customer changes.

Support removed for Ubuntu 17.04 following the company’s guidelines. Also discontinued for Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 and Windows 8.1 Mainstream according to their policies.
