How much experience do you have with SharePoint? Perhaps you're not the ideal candidate for this assignment.
The approach I described earlier covers only the most fundamental aspects of SP management.

It is a project that we are working on with my colleagues to migrate from Googledrive to SharePoint Online using Rcone , but we are searching about easy and direct ways to migrate!
If the 60G done , I think we are done

The migration project seems likely to proceed smoothly and efficiently for you and your team.
It may turn out to be a straightforward learning experience overall.
However, it remains a key focus for Mr. Murphy and his Gremlin associates to intervene...
Make sure all data is securely stored in at least two separate locations away from the migration devices.
Check that these backups are both recoverable and accessible.

I understand it took around 10 months to respond and complete the task! It wasn't a simple project, but we eventually located the Gs Richcopy software, which simplified everything and ensured a smooth process throughout.
