I can help you explore options for turning your PC into a hackintosh. There are tutorials available that guide you through downloading high Sierra or Mojave OSes and installing them without needing a Mac. Your specs—i5 4690K and GTX 1060—are solid choices for running these systems.

You seem to be wondering if it can run as a hackintosh. The system limits are quite strict. For getting MacOS, the only known method is through the app store on a Mac or through other channels we’re restricted from talking about.

That's the only option I've found, except for a friend at the Mac Store...

Certainly! You can achieve this by creating a macOS virtual machine and installing the operating system from the App Store.

Discussing the illegal aspects of torrenting could be problematic, but other Macintosh topics are generally fine to talk about.
