I used the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool to create bootable drives for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. It works for making a Windows 10 USB bootable. Yes, it should function for Windows 10.

Copy the ISO files onto a FAT32 USB drive. Either mount the image and drag-and-drop, or use WinRAR to extract it to the USB.
