It's not ideal according to what people said. If you're after the top performance at a low price, Intel Arc A380 cards tend to outperform most budget NVIDIA or Radeon options. They're more affordable, offer more VRAM, and include a dedicated encoder—something rare on cheaper models. Generally, these cards in this budget range are mostly just electronic waste, except for the video output. This one is definitely different. The ASRock Challenger Arc A380 Video Card is available on Newegg, and I got it yesterday. It's mainly praised for its encoder and video ports, but it's hard to beat at $120. It needs an 8-pin connector even though it draws only 75W (I verified this). Be aware that some benchmark results from a few months ago aren't reliable because newer drivers have improved performance significantly.
