Bitvise offers a complimentary SFTP server suitable for personal use. You can configure one machine and utilize another to transfer files via FileZilla or any compatible client that supports SFTP. The interface may require some time to understand, but it simplifies the process compared to using torrents internally. Just ensure the port isn't exposed on your firewall so it remains internal only.
