I've struggled with my MSI GE63 8SE for nearly a year. Mostly it's been slow performance and some frustrating stuttering on external screens. I recently returned it to MSI for warranty, but they say everything works fine. When I got it back, it didn't match the expected results. My system specs are: i7-8750H RTX 2060 with 16GB RAM (single stick). In games like Rocket League, it sometimes freezes at low FPS and then stutters heavily. GTA V runs around 55 FPS with occasional micro-stutters, but after pressing Alt+Tab it drops to a barely playable state before rebooting. Fortnite feels terrible—usually around 90 FPS, but it drops to as low as 18 FPS or less. The monitor freezes while the game runs in the background. I've reset Windows several times, but nothing seems to help. My guess is something is affecting the GPU performance. All settings are normal, and I've tried turning VSync on and off without success. It's really frustrating and confusing what's causing these issues.
