I haven't really looked at any of the other comments, sorry if I say the same thing again.
My Threadripper setup didn't work with XMP or DOCP settings, so I adjusted the timing myself. Then I increased the memory multiplier until the XMP profile functioned properly and I manually set the voltage. That worked for me.
