Are your USB devices connected straight to the rear I/O? Simplifying by eliminating front I/O and hubs could help.
Began by clearing the front I/O (1 hub, 4 devices), leaving only direct connections to the rear I/O (excluding hub and devices). The issue persisted, so I moved higher-drain components to the rear I/O and connected them via a mains-powered USB3 hub on the rear I/O. Still experiencing the same problem! Just in case my explanation is unclear (it's 3 a.m. and I'm about to nap), I've tried: all devices on rear I/O except front hub and 4 devices, rear I/O with powered hub, front hub plus 4 devices.
Have you attempted to reinstall Windows? The problem might be specific to your Windows version or could be resolved by a fresh install. You might also consider using a Linux distribution to determine if the issue continues.
I haven't attempted a re-install yet, as it would really be a last option given the installation effort. Still, I'm planning to try a DISM repair right away! I haven't worked with Linux on this device yet (the only one running W11, the others are on PopOS), but I suspect this BTHUSB issue is definitely Windows-related. Linux should work just fine in that case.
