Hi, the red coloring in your task manager suggests an issue. This problem has persisted over time, and even cells with minimal resource usage are affected. Is this a known Windows bug? It has been consistent for as long as I've used the system, though on my old computer it was usually yellow.

Thanks to you both! I think I changed my Windows' accent color to red, but I didn't recall it because I turned off the accent color on Start, Taskbar, Title bars, and Window borders. It was one of the few places that still used the accent color.
