Hey, I noticed your CPU is running at full capacity during games while the GPU is only 30%. With an RTX 2070, that might indicate a hardware issue. Could be a faulty CPU or overheating problem. Check for any error messages and ensure proper cooling.
Need way way way more info that just that... Anything. Specs/parts bought to start, game in question(or more) and how your cooling system is setup or what it consists of...
Confirm your certainty about consistent 100% performance and provide detailed information about the specific games and requirements.
No overheating issue, dark rock 4 is running smoothly at 60 and 70 °C. All games operate at full capacity. System includes 32 GB RAM, Asus Z390 Pro, RTX 2070, 80GB SSD, Corsair PSU 80 Gold, 970 EVO 1TB drive.
The games include GTA V, Fortnite, Battle Royale, Tomb Raider. I’ve set the Windows power plan to maximum performance, performed a clean install, updated the GPU, installed SSD drivers, refreshed BIOS, adjusted RAM settings, and tested at 1080p with 144Hz on an Asus 24 with 1ms latency.
In general, all cores are functioning perfectly. Overclocking isn't possible if it causes the game to freeze or the PC to restart automatically. When overclocked temperatures reach around 80°C in-game, manual OC and AI OC don't help much; XMP settings remain unchanged since everything runs at stock speed except for the XMP profile.
