I don’t understand the issue. Would you like me to reinstall your audio drivers? It seems they might be RealTek, and there are pending Windows updates. Don’t worry about the monitor—it usually isn’t the problem. My setup uses a standard PNP monitor.

No Windows updates available, but I'm attempting to install the audio drivers. I'm guessing the headset isn't related since it's functioning properly for me.
