Hello When running a more demanding game on GPU, my maximum usage hits 100%, which is normal. The problem arises when watching a YouTube video, Twitch stream, or streaming myself—video stutters only when tabbed and focused in the game. If I'm alt+tabbed but the GPU stays at full, the playback doesn't lag. This hasn't happened before (just after a recent Windows 10 update), so I'm unsure what changed. My GPU should handle this. (I only notice this with GPU-based games like GTA, but not with CPU-heavy ones.) Also, streaming via HVENC causes lag when tabbed in but not out. What I've tried: BIOS update, GPU driver update with DDU. Tested hardware acceleration in Chrome on and off, disabled GPU scheduling. Specs: 12700K 3090 Ti 32GB RAM. Please help.

I've faced these issues for years, but in 2014 I switched all secondary displays to the iGPU, which solved them permanently. Both screens share the same refresh rate? I'll test the second one using the 12700k's iGPU and let you know.

You have frequencies of 165 Hz and 144 Hz, planning to use the iGPU this evening.
