It seems the game was running slowly with long load times. I checked the task manager and found high usage on CPU, RAM, and GPU—often above 80-99%. I stopped the game and adjusted settings, then reinstalled the graphics driver. Removed unused programs, cleared temporary files, rebooted, and ran antivirus. The wallpaper engine still consumed around 40% of the GPU. Memory usage stayed low, but CPU and GPU remained higher than usual during tasks.

Recommendations:
- Verify drivers are up to date.
- Consider upgrading RAM if possible.
- Check for background applications or startup programs.
- If the issue persists, run a system performance diagnostic.
- Ensure your motherboard and power supply can handle the load.

Which operations are not functioning correctly? In a game scenario, it might consume a lot of memory and around 40% CPU/GPU usage.

Currently, Google Chrome and Discord are consuming the most memory, CPU, and GPU. Usage dropped after I changed the wallpaper engine, though RAM is still at 40% and nothing intensive is running.

After removing the wallpaper engine, Chrome, and Discord, system resource consumption decreased. However, I still need to keep them open for ongoing tasks.

Chrome isn't ideal for low memory use. It could be running a resource-heavy website, such as a JavaScript miner. Check the Chrome tab view to identify which tabs are consuming the most resources. (Shift+Esc) will launch the Chrome Task Manager.

The RAM operates as expected, storing data in memory and releasing it when not needed. The more input you provide, the greater its usage becomes. With 16Gb available and only four slots occupied at startup, your system should function smoothly. Remember, having plenty of free space doesn’t mean slow performance—optimizing what you use is key.

It's typical for many RAM areas to remain occupied after closing an app, unless a new program needs memory. Chrome and Discord often consume some CPU power, particularly when playing videos in Chrome.

The wallpaper engine recently started consuming 20-40% of the GPU, which is unusual. I'm not sure what might be causing this.

Updated the background image I downloaded using Wallpaper Engine; it dropped from nearly half its space usage to just one percent. I’ve been using the same wallpaper for about a month now, and recently it’s starting to consume a lot of graphics memory. Weird.
