All my USB connections stopped working.
All my USB ports are currently nonfunctional but still emit power through the ports inside my PC. The internal fans aren’t working because the NXT Cam no longer detects my Kraken cooler. Thankfully, the pump operates on Stata. I’m unsure what triggered this issue—I only moved the AIO pipes recently because they were overlapping, and I hadn’t installed the radiator yet. I turned off my power supply, came back on accidentally, and then noticed the ports were dead. Interestingly, one USB port still functions, though it isn’t officially supported by the motherboard chipset. I think moving the AIO pipes a bit caused the problem.
You could have damaged the USB controller entirely if all ports are unresponsive. If any port remains functional, the issue likely isn't the controller. When you have multiple ports (such as USB 3.0 and a separate USB-C 3.1 port) and the latter still works, it indicates a separate controller is involved. You might be surprised if the system reports a power surge on the USB bus and then stops responding.
I noticed an issue with Intel USB in Device Manager. Should I proceed with returning the board? Yes, the USB ports on my chipset are faulty while the ASMedia controller works properly.
