I understand this might not be the ideal spot to share concerns or ask for advice. I just created an account recently in hopes of getting support for a problem that has been ongoing since January of this year. I also want to mention that my skills in tech and troubleshooting are limited to basic consumer use. In November 2023, I bought an Alienware Aurora R16 equipped with a NVIDIA 4800 and an intel i9-14900KF processor. Windows 11 was already installed as the operating system. Until mid-January 2024, everything worked fine. Then I started experiencing frequent crashes of Palworld. At first, I thought it was just early access issues, but over the last few months, almost all my games have stopped working. Dark and Darker, WoW, Destiny 2, Halo MC collection, Persona 3R are just a few examples—most crashes aren’t from Steam titles. Initially, BSODs weren’t common, but recently they’ve become quite frequent. This past week it’s even happened with browsers, Discord, and the task manager/search bar on my screen. I don’t overclock my PC and uninstalled Alienware Command Center after a friend mentioned it caused crashes in the past. I’ve run several scans for malware, updated drivers and OS, and tried standard fixes like clearing cache, disabling overlays, reinstalling games, and using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. My stress tests on graphics card came back clean. I also tried slightly lowering the clock speed with IETU, but that didn’t help much. I’m really stuck and feel like I’ve tried everything possible except a full reinstall to Windows 10. Recently, the most common BSOD message I’ve seen is “Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED,” possibly linked to battle eye anti-cheat in Destiny 2. I’m willing to share logs from recent crashes if that would assist. I’m unsure whether my RAM is damaged, if the graphics card needs driver reinstallation via DDU, or if this Alienware unit just needs replacement. It’s been a frustrating time without being able to enjoy games reliably. If you have any ideas on what might be causing this or how to get more info from my machine, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help—I’m hoping for a solution before I have to consider giving up.

Only one dump file accused BattlEye. Reinstall BattlEye. The other files seemed to point to generic memory problems. These Chrome errors often appear when there are memory issues.
