Here’s a rewritten version of your text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“I am experiencing frequent crashes when playing games on my PC. The error message consistently states, ‘Execution of graphics detected failure or lack of hardware.’ I have updated both my motherboard drivers and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080Ti driver to the latest versions. My system specifications are as follows: Windows 10 64-bit, Intel i7-9700K processor, ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F Gaming motherboard, Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2080Ti graphics card, 1TB Samsung 970 EVO M.2 SSD, 32GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM, and a 750W power supply.”

I would check the voltages and the temps first.
I would use HWinfo. Voltages should be within 5% of +12, +5 and + 3.3.
Temps should be roughly below 70C for the CPU and 85C for the GPU.
If they looked good I would use DDU to uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver.

With HWinfo everything seems fine. Unistall and reinstall the driver. I'll start a game and see if it crashes again.

The rewritten text:

If you still have the problem after the driver install....I might start thinking there is an actual problem with the card.
It’s not unheard of.
I RMA'd an RTX 2080 Ti in November.

I found the problem, I think. I installed AORUS ENGINE then increased the GPU BOOST from 1400 to 1650. I played 2 days, still not crashed.
