I'm currently applying a BIOS update in case this is the issue, but it's been running for 35 minutes now. It's an MSI Meg X570 Godlike with a 1300W Seasonic Prime Power SUPY. I'm trying to install a new 4090 graphics card. Previously, I had a dual 1080 SLI that I replaced with an 1660, but one day it stopped sending the display signal. After that, I tried the 1660 again and it worked fine. Then I got a 6600XT for a budget model, which also worked without errors. The GPU spins and lights up, but there are no error codes—just doesn't show properly. I know it passes because I have a Corsair K100, and when the PC starts up, it lights up and flickers afterward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No, I haven't tried any different power cables yet.

It's a bit awkward but really appreciated—this has taken me from near tears to wild excitement, and it’s made my year amazing. Thanks!
