Hello! My games often freeze for just a couple of milliseconds before continuing, even when FPS is high and ping is low. (This happens with single-player too.) What I've tried: updated RAM, tested all four slots and slots 2 & 4. The PC enters a boot loop if I use drives 1 and 3. Fresh Windows 10 install with all drivers updated helped, even older NVIDIA drivers. PC has had three different GPUs, all experiencing the same problem. Games have been installed on two different SSDs, but the issue remains. (SSDs are functioning normally) The system isn't overheating (see attached). I've used four CPU power cables and eight ports, but no improvement. AI tuning was attempted – XMP I & II examples provided. Not ideal, but there are minor frame drops that worsen over time. Specs: 12700K ASUS Z690-A Corsair H150i FTW, 3 3090Ti, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 1000W Gold PSU. Temperatures are normal during MW2 benchmark and 3D Mark timespy runs. Default settings are unclear. If this were a CPU, Mobo, or PSU problem there would be more noticeable issues. Thanks for any assistance.

Have you attempted to reinstall the CPU and verified that no debris is present on the pads or socket?

Hello @Optane^ You might have already found a way to address the problem. The issue seems linked to the CPU cache being downclocked by the e-cores. Here are three possible fixes you can attempt: turn off the e-cores entirely, update or reinstall the motherboard chipset drivers (especially setting "Multi-Core Performance" to always on), and consider trying the latter two options. Disabling only half the CPU might not be as effective. Let me know if you notice any improvement. Good luck! Cheers! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*

Well, @BookofNeat i lied. Thought the issue was fixed. He's an example. https://clips.twitch.tv/MiniatureSlickLo...uK2v4HaXYY Example 2: https://clips.twitch.tv/SpinelessIronicL...5Or2BdxitE I noticed in these clips it drops a solid 20 FPS and then back up but a 20fps drop shouldn't show an issue like this. Valorant does the same thing, so does multiple other games... Changed RAM, Updated BIOS, enabled MCE to always on, Multiple GPU's, Installed drivers after using DDU. Here's another example AFTER turning off XMP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6MMFkgiIJE

Hello, thank you for your message. I understand this might be a bit delayed in my response. I don’t think there’s anything else I can do to resolve the problem or confirm what you’ve already tried. It could be related to a connection or LAN driver issue, especially if it only occurs in multiplayer games. You might also want to switch between Fullscreen and windowed/borderless display modes. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any other solutions beyond what I’ve mentioned. I hope you can identify the cause soon and find a fix. Good luck! Cheers! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*
