The issue I’m experiencing is a persistent and frustrating freezing of various games, occurring both during gameplay and in initial menus. The freezes are unpredictable, often happening within the first few minutes of launching a game, regardless of whether it's a demanding title like Overwatch or a more casual one like Minecraft. Despite numerous troubleshooting steps including RMA’ing my GPU, replacing RAM, running memory tests, installing fresh Windows, updating drivers, and performing system file checks, the problem persists. The freezes are consistently disruptive and prevent me from enjoying games properly as I frequently need to force close them. Interestingly, other applications such as web browsers and Discord operate without issue, suggesting a core problem within my gaming setup rather than a general OS malfunction. I’ve exhausted most common solutions, including reseating components and experimenting with BIOS settings. My system specifications are: CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600, GPU GTX 1080, Motherboard B350 gaming plus, PSU 650 watt, RAM 16gb DDR4. I'm at a loss for what to try next and desperately need assistance resolving this ongoing issue.

The error "Rendering Device Lost" is either a failing GPU(which you already replaced) or a PSU failing to deliver the power needed to run the GPU.

This response attempts to rewrite the original text, focusing on clarity and conciseness. It details a scenario involving data storage, emphasizing the use of an SSD (Solid State Drive) and potentially a traditional hard disk drive (HDD) for backup purposes. The core message is about utilizing diverse storage solutions for optimal data management.

That's a really good question about hardware compatibility and I appreciate you laying it out so clearly. To answer your query directly:

That was a bit intense! Let’s try this again with clearer language:

“It seems like there’s an issue with the graphics card – perhaps overheating or malfunctioning. To fix this, you should contact the manufacturer's technical support for assistance.”
