Today I attempted to play various games, but each one crashes after just a short time. The screen freezes while sounds continue to play, and the crashes happen without any error alerts, sending me back to the desktop. I've tested several games and they all behave similarly. I built this PC about a year ago, and here are its specifications:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: MSI RX 570 4gb gaming x
RAM: Corsair vengance 2x4 gb 2666mhz
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4
PSU: Be quiet! system power 9 500W
SSD (main drive): Crucial BX500 240 GB CT240BX500SSD
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

I've tried updating the graphics drivers, but that didn't help. I also attempted to roll back to an older version from 2020, but it failed. RAM diagnostics showed nothing, and I defragged the drives without success. The CPU and GPU temperatures stayed below 70°C. I have no idea what's causing this since the computer was working fine a few days ago. Since then, I've only installed Remote Desktop. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! When reinstalling your GPU drivers, did you use DDU and then reinstalled them in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator? At this point, your PSU is a year old or older. You might consider getting a PSU from a friend or neighbor who has a stable one with at least 650W of power for the entire system, and try to restore system functionality. Check the source of the installer for your games and verify the BIOS version you're using. Make sure the firmware on your Crucial SSD is up to date.

Actually, I lost my old account and just set up a new one, but I'm not very familiar with it.
I used DDU then reinstalled them as admin.
I don't have any place to borrow a PSU and can't really afford to buy a new one.
I mostly use Steam, but games from Origin or Minecraft often crash.
My BIOS was updated in March and it seems there are no new updates anymore.
I never updated the firmware on the SSD, though I changed the SSD about two months ago.
