All gadgets disconnect and reconnect at the same time.
All at once my connected gadgets like headset, mouse, keyboard, mic, and speakers will experience this "stutter" issue. I've checked each device individually, removed and reinstalled drivers, updated the BIOS to the newest version, confirmed all system files are functioning, and reformatted my drives. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit. As for a brand new PC (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cTbmC6), the same problem occurs.
I believe this could be a Windows update issue. I noticed the same problem after updating this morning. I created this account just for this, and I’m hoping there’s a simple solution.
