I have an i5 6600k with all stock configurations, and I recently installed a Corsair H55. I expected to be able to overclock the CPU and other components, but my settings for Host Clock Value, CPU Frequency, and Memory Frequency are not showing. What’s going on?

The Paladin :
Is the auto setting activated? If yes, disable it and make manual adjustments.
When I chose the Auto setting in the CPU Upgrade section, it offered choices to automatically overclock. A window appeared with options for overclocking an i5 6600k or an i7 6700k. I selected "i5 6600k 4.4 GHz" and saved before exiting the BIOS. The temperatures remained unchanged, and neither the frequency nor the speed shifted—it stayed at 3.5 GHz. I rechecked later and in the BIOS it still showed 4.4 GHz, but the actual frequency didn’t change.
This is because Intel Turbo Boost will only increase the frequency when needed. Disabling power-saving features will let it reach the intended clock speed.

The auto setting is enabled. If it is, turn it off and then make the manual adjustments. When I chose the Auto setting under CPU Upgrade, I was presented with choices to automatically overclock an i5 6600k or an i7 6700k. I selected "i5 6600k 4.4 GHz" and saved before exiting the BIOS. The temperatures remained unchanged, and neither the frequency nor the setting altered—it stayed at 3.5 GHz. I later verified that in the BIOS the option still shows 4.4 GHz but the actual frequency hasn't changed.
