I've been using this PC for about two years now, and it's been getting quite noisy lately. The front panel is missing because the one I had broke, but the system fans are really loud. In the BIOS they say the fans are at 0 RPM, which doesn't make sense since they're definitely spinning. It's not as loud during games, but in idle mode they're extremely loud. I don't know the exact speed because the BIOS shows 0 RPM, and it's really annoying when the GPU turns on in idle and makes such a high noise level. It's frustrating to use the computer without knowing how to fix this issue.

I don’t have access to personal devices or their specific configurations. If you provide the details, I can help identify whether the PC was prebuilt or custom-built and assist with the case and graphics card information.

It's a prebuilt unit I purchased two years ago from Best Buy around Black Friday. It's a cyberpowerpc case, likely ATX, though I'm not sure of the exact specs. The fans are in the 120s, and the GPU is an ASUS ROG Strix R9 390.
