I just built my first rig a few days ago using a 4080 super 7800x3d setup that fit my budget. I ran into an issue with the Corsair Link 360AIO—it would cut the RGB output and the fans would slow down significantly, then suddenly flash red. The app indicated a pump problem, so I checked it and found the motor running at 0 RPM with coolant at 89°C. I turned off the PC right away, waited 30 minutes, and tried turning it back on to see if things improved. It worked fine afterward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ensure it’s connected correctly. Verify all connections are secure. The NZXT AIO should be attached to Fan_1 on the motherboard, and the AIO_PUMP should remain untouched. You were aiming for the instructions, but I’m curious—are you still eligible for a return? It seems many users report issues with Corsair AIOs, and it’s becoming more common.

Oh no, I didn’t realize I’d checked and everything was fine—just the CPU fan is still working. I swear if I have to return it, I’ll do it right now.

You should mention me or @Bias_Boi to confirm your reply. It’s best to share this on the Corsair subreddit—they post daily about new AIOs not working and likely have a response ready.
