what are the full specs of the pc, and the rad/fan configuration? have you tried remounting/re-pasting it?

AIOs have a short lifespan. I wouldn't suggest using one unless space isn't an issue. The Noctua NH-D15 beats most AIOs in both temperature and sound quality.

I reattached and pasted again, it functions for a couple of days before overheating again. GPU: 3060 CPU: 3700x RAM: 16gb I placed it upright on the right side.
