Aio cooling for ryzen 2700
Hey guys I just bought the Ryzen 2700. This CPU runs at a cool 4.00ghz with a voltage around 1.38. When I tried to overclock it to 4.1-4.2, the temperature often went up past 90°C during gaming. I’m looking to swap the Wraith Prism for an AIO cooler but have trouble deciding between Corsair H100I PRO, nzxt Kraken X62 and Alphacool Eisbaer 240. I heard that aluminum-copper issues are common in AIO coolers, so only the Alphacool Eisbaer 240 seems to be free from this problem. Which one offers the best cooling performance and is relatively quiet?
P.S. My PC case has a fractal design.
H100i Pro would be your best option among these choices. But reaching a completely silent setup isn't realistic with these methods. Noctua DH15 or similar quiet models fit well in that regard. AIO coolers are usually noisy because of their high-speed fans. Using aluminum and copper isn't always an issue here, as glycol-based coolants handle corrosion well. For a custom watercooling setup, you generally avoid aluminum, but AIOs often require it due to cost constraints. This might be the point you're considering.
