It doesn't seem to be a top global leaderboard... it likely uses similar data points as Cinebench.

Confirm, achieving under 40ns in AIDA with the appropriate CPU and memory configuration isn't overly challenging if you're experienced, especially aiming for 50ns. It's manageable with a 12400F, though don't expect a world record; you might still improve slightly with adjustments. Also, the AIDA64 Memory Latency benchmark is quite poor—it's not very consistent and comparisons are only meaningful for the same CPU.
