I'm working on a challenge where I only use bullets when necessary while playing GTA V single player. Right now I'm focusing on sections like Micheal's yacht mission, using just one bullet so far. The issue is that someone tried to throw Franklin off the boat, which requires a bullet. Anyone have ideas on how to eliminate him without using them? For example, can you destroy the truck or throw grenades on boats on trucks? Thanks for your help—I’ll keep going beyond just comments and can chat on Discord if you want to assist longer.

I don't think so; I recommend using just the one bullet and avoiding further bullets later in the game. At least that will help you progress this way.

I understood that by preparing a grenade properly, you could eliminate enemies and advance without relying on bullets.
