I understand you're looking for guidance on choosing between Afterburner and Wattman for RX 4xx cards around late September 2017. The updates and drivers at that time were crucial, so knowing which tool is better would be helpful.

I'm having trouble getting solid outcomes with my Rx 460 overclocking using Wattman. Even when the power is maxed out, the voltage still drops and performance at overclocking level suffers, basically throttling. Afterburner seems to work better.

I'm having trouble getting solid outcomes with my Rx 460 overclocking using Wattman. Even when the power is cranked up to the max, the voltage still drops and performance at that level slows down—essentially it's throttling. Afterburner seems to work better.
