I added fresh thermal pads and paste, swapped the original fans for Noctua NF-A9s with a fan adapter on my 1660Ti. After making these changes, 250MHz of VRAM keeps disappearing until I log out or restart the PC. Even after disabling OC settings and using default configurations, the issue persists. What might be causing this?

I don’t use Discord or run it at startup. The article you shared discusses recent concerns about performance issues.

Absolutely correct! It was Discord 100% when I closed it. The 250MHz came back. Thanks a lot—I assumed something was wrong with my card because it matched what I worked on. Phew!
