After upgrading to Windows 11, Bluetooth audio experiences interruptions.
Hello, I recently moved to Windows 11 and noticed issues with Bluetooth sometimes stuttering or cutting. Before the switch, it worked fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers, adjusting antenna placement, running SFC/SCANOW, troubleshooting Bluetooth and audio settings, reconnecting the device, and even switching to older drivers. Have you tried anything else? Should I back up important files and consider reverting to Windows 10? Best, Champ Hardware
Oh yeah. The headphones work normally on any other device Sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread
If I encountered the same issue, it delayed me for a few hours while searching. I spent some time adjusting the earphones. 1. Switch to Bluetooth and detach the headphones. 2. Disable Bluetooth. 3. Activate the earphones again. 4. Re-enable Bluetooth and search; they should show up unless they were linked as a miscellaneous device. It's wise to switch them off and on before searching, making it simpler. 5. Keep repeating until the system locates them. I sipped my drink during this process to keep the computer idle through an upper-floor window. What bothers me is that the keyboard and mouse were detected right away. Also, if another device was paired nearby, ensure Bluetooth is off on any other paired gadgets—manufacturers should clarify why two devices can't connect simultaneously.
I faced the same issue on my Linux machine as well, so it’s not specific to Windows. The supportive words really helped, I believe.
I'll reach out to Sennheiser support if needed. You mentioned having BT buds, a speaker, or similar items.
