Hey, it seems some games fail to launch after upgrading from 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro. While Rocket League works fine, Age of Empires II and FIFA 15 don’t open at all. I know these issues are common with new operating systems. Do you think others have encountered the same problem?

You already received the drivers through GeForce Experience. You restarted your PC several times in an attempt to resolve the issue, but it didn’t work.

I decided to retain as much data as possible. I’ve been considering a new Windows 10 setup, but I’ve heard from many sources that it’s best to avoid a clean installation for several reasons.

the main steps are: first upgrade to windows 10 from version 8.1—once it’s installed you won’t be prompted for a key, and it will start on its own. then you can perform a clean installation using an USB or DVD; remove the old OS partition and rebuild it. during the install process you’ll need to provide a key again, but you have an option to use the Windows 10 10240 build CD key that you can locate online after installation. with an internet connection you may need another device connected to the network to download the required drivers for the new OS.
