I recently purchased a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. I’m using an AM5 7 9800X3D Asus Rog Strix B850 F with WiFi, DDR5 vengeance 32GB, 6000MHz CL38. After installing everything, the PC won’t power on at all. No display appears on the monitors. The motherboard has a white light in the top right corner, and all RGB are active. The main issue is that the fans spin very fast, then stop abruptly and restart continuously. The water cooler reads 26°C, which I’ve confirmed through testing.

I've checked the bios flashback tests. I swapped each RAM stick, moved the 8-pin CPU connector to the other slot, and inserted the GPU in and out. The problem still exists. Please find the video attached for reference.

I attempted to remove the CPU and check for damaged or bent pins, but didn’t notice anything. The fact that the side pins are slightly angled toward the center seems unusual—did you expect a different arrangement?

Check if connecting an HDMI or DP cable to the motherboard affects the 9800X3D's onboard graphics display. The AM5 board may require up to five minutes to fully boot after initial startup because of its memory training process.

I had to detach my GPU in order to run RAM training; otherwise the system wouldn’t start and it would freeze on the back screen. It took me a few hours to attempt that.

I’ve managed to get it running, but without internet I’m stuck and asked for a pin change. Any advice on installing network drivers from this point?

You mentioned seeing someone from Norway. Which components were you changing? A major upgrade would likely warrant a clean Windows installation.

Save the files to a USB drive, then use the CMD command to run a request. It will explain it clearly.
