Hi everyone,

I'm dealing with a problem on my L340-15IRH gaming laptop. The CPU is Intel i5-9300HF and the GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. I recently upgraded to the latest Nvidia Studio Driver, but after the update I lost screen output on both the built-in and external displays.

At first, I thought Windows might be stuck during boot, but after restoring the system and turning on RDP, I can still connect to the laptop. Disabling the GPU in Device Manager seems to restore the video output. The Event Viewer doesn’t show any errors beyond the GPU toggle.

I noticed the PHY is disabled, which I assumed could be the issue, but it seems the GPU was never actually used. The Lenovo test looks normal and Safe Boot with Basic Video works too.

I’m not sure what to do next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
