I'm having trouble with the printers after applying the updated firmware on Windows 10. After following the instructions in the readme, I moved the M2070_V3.00.01.30.hd file onto usblist2.exe. A DOS window appears, counting up to a target number, then disappears (or I closed it before). The printer doesn't restart and the firmware stays the same.
Really confusing. Now I see the printer but can't print.
The firmware installed is from today; I believe a new version will change things, but everything seems fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The issue is that a Windows 10 machine cannot print to the Samsung printer – is this correct? The firmware remains unchanged since the update failed, meaning it’s still the same version. Consider using the built-in troubleshooters on Windows 10; they might resolve the problem. If that doesn’t work, remove the Samsung printer drivers from the system and download the correct drivers from Samsung’s website, then reinstall and set them up again.
