The issue is that the screen doesn't respond with the driver, appearing completely disoriented. It seems to misunderstand what it should do, which is why it remains stuck at 60 Hz. It only recognizes Freesync but uses incorrect settings (60-60 Hz instead of the proper 60-300 Hz range).

I fully grasp your point. Please try adjusting the monitor settings with the tool I suggested. It seems there might have been a misunderstanding.

Checking whether the card or monitor has an issue, or if the cable is faulty. The system may restrict actions because of the cable, even though lower resolution (not 4k to 8k) and 60Hz might be insufficient. This could also happen with laptops, but a completely non-functional screen would likely indicate a more serious problem.

It's completely unfeasible to run this on a laptop equipped with a Radeon DGPU. It's actually a Freesync Premium model from the start.

Have you found a solution to this problem? I own the identical laptop model and encounter the same issue.

I'm experiencing the same problem on another laptop, specifically an AMD Corsair A1600.
