After turning them off in Device Manager, you also disabled internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the BIOS. If not, I would. The reason this works is that Windows and the BIOS keep the SSID for the detected card until it boots up without it in BIOS, then remove it. Once uninstalled, it gets flushed from the BIOS and will show a new SSID next time, appearing as Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, etc. This usually happens because of driver updates and should be fixed in Safe Mode.
