I recently purchased a Gigabyte Intel B660 GAMING X DDR4 and an Intel Core i3 12100f. I encountered issues with posting because the fans would start and then stop. I tested various solutions but nothing resolved the problem. Eventually, I removed the BIOS battery for five minutes; when I reinserted it, the system didn’t respond at all during startup.
