Hey everyone, I just upgraded my system and noticed some lag in the game and sometimes in Windows. The RAM I’m using is a borrowed one, so I’m trying to confirm if it’s the RAM issue. My setup includes: LianLi Lancool Mesh II NZXT N7 B550 (BIOS v1.60, latest), Ryzen 7 5800X Fractal Lumen S36 RGB AiO 16/32GB 3600MHz CL16 Crucial Ballistix BL8G36C16U4W, Gigabyte GTX 1070 ti (latest drivers), bequiet Pure Power 11 750W with two 265GB NVMe drives, Firecuda 1TB, and Windows 10 with the latest updates. It starts with minor micro stutters that can last over a second, which is really annoying. I’m considering selling everything if it doesn’t improve. Do you have any suggestions or alternatives that might help?

No, I haven't performed any diagnostics yet before considering selling the machine.

I ran TestMem5 several times using three pairs of RAM sticks, no overclocking, no XMP profiles, fewer fans, and improved airflow. I’m sure the power supply, graphics card, and AI optimization are working well. I changed from a 3600 to the 5800X, swapped in the B450 Aorus Pro with NZXT B500 N7, and added two more Crucial Ballistix sticks totaling 32 GB. That’s all I did.

Hmm, interesting. I'll attempt to disable it, just to see what happens.

NZXT doesn't disclose the specific fixes or enhancements in their BIOS versions. A BIOS update could potentially resolve the issue.

The current version is 1.60, I verified it right after installation. FTPM has been turned off now.

Did you reinstall Windows or simply moved the same drive without a full reinstall?
