After powering off my machine the previous night, I noticed it was undergoing an update. Fine, no worries. When I turned it back on this morning, my main display wasn’t functioning properly—I had two screens linked via display ports. I’ve installed the graphics card driver, used Ctrl+Win+Shift+B for a GPU reset, toggled the power on and off multiple times, and so on. It seems unnecessary to buy another DP cable since it worked last night. What might be behind this issue? Thanks ahead! <3

I've been trying all day to figure it out. I don't really feel comfortable sharing this.

The solution was simple—I disconnected monitor 1, which had no screen while monitor 2 worked fine. After doing that, everything functioned properly again. Updating Windows still caused the issue to appear until I removed the cable. Still no clear reason behind it.

I tried it just now, but I’m still not getting a signal. It’s weird—I hear the connection sound and my monitor lights up blue, but there’s nothing, and then it disappears again.
